Dr. Brian Mowll is the founder and medical director of SweetLife® Diabetes Health Centers and serves clients worldwide as The Diabetes Coach™.  He is a master licensed diabetes educator (MLDE), CDE, and was one of the first doctors to be certified to practice functional medicine by the prestigious Institute for Functional Medicine.

Have some questions before you're ready to jump in? Here are a few common questions we’re typically asked, along with our responses:

Do I have to have diabetes to do the program?

No.  We have participants go through the 8 Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp who have elevated blood sugar, pre-diabetes, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and even some who take the course to learn more for a friend or family member.

What type of results can I expect?

Obviously each participant is different and results largely depend on how much you change, your commitment level, and other complicating factors.  The average participant sees a significant change in blood sugar, HbA1c, and weight over the eight week program.

What happens if I can't follow the recommendations?

No one is perfect, and we don't expect you to follow the program perfectly.  If you can eat, move your body, and follow some simple guideline, than you'll be able to complete the bootcamp.  If something happens and you need to suspend your program, we give you the opportunity to re-start during our next session.

Will you be doing the program again?

We offer the 8 Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp 2-3 times each year.  Each program is different, as we feature a variety of guest experts for the Q&A calls each week.  If this isn't the right time, you can join us next time.  Just a warning...  the price may increase for the next session.

How much of a time commitment does this require?

One of the best things about the 8 Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp is that you can do the entire program from your home with very little time commitment.  You already have to eat and move, so the extra time required is about 2 hours per week.

Can I watch the videos and do the program from my smart phone or tablet?

Yes.  The program is completely web-based and the videos can be watched on any computer, tablet, or smart phone.  Additionally, the coaching and Q&A calls can be done over the phone or through Skype, and the program manual, transcripts, and bonuses are in PDF format.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Because the bootcamp is only eight weeks and is a program with limited availablity each session, we are not able to provide refunds or a guarantee.  However, if you have an unforseen situation, and need to suspend your program, you can re-start during the next session.

Are there any additonal costs?

Everything you need to complete the 8 Week Blood Sugar Bootcamp is included with the program.  The only additional costs would be for supplements or essential oils that you might like to try or for specialized lab testing if you'd like to have functional testing done.

Do you offer any payment plans?
